The new place

I've lots of interesting neighbors now.
Not that I plan on striking up conversation with any of them, but still, much better food smells going on in this ethnically diverse area than in pristine, white Parker.

I've got a Greek family that lives in this building, at least one Ethiopian family, 2 or 3 Indian families, a Filipino group and 3 or 4 various other Asian families, not to mention the lady from New Orleans, who was cooking up a batch of gumbo this evening.

I should have done this a year ago. I'm so close to the markets, Indian, Asian and Mediterranean, just to name a few.

I'm taking walks around the block now. Twice suffices on most days since it's just under 2 miles around this particular block. There's a golf course involved, not lots of small people, and plenty of shade!
