It's pretty bad when the boxed crap at the store starts looking good to me.
Over the past couple of days I've eaten:
1 tomato sandwich, white bread, with mayo (lots of mayo) and a glass of milk.
1/2 piece of pizza - thin crust, tasteless.
1 piece of french toast - quite tasty, but one was all I could get down.
A couple pieces of penuche.
I don't feel sick.
I'm certain the ache in my shoulders is just from lifting heavy boxes down from over my head.
I know for a fact the ache in my lower back is from all the lifting, stretching and bending my job entails.
I just don't have the appetite to eat more than a bite or two.
On the plus side, I've lost 5 pounds since Thursday.
And don't even ask about my sleep habits. 3 hours at a time, 4 tops.
On that note, time to try sleeping for a while.
