Found!

Although technically it wasn't lost...

I was looking for sorbet recipes and this one popped up.

Personally I'd put the mango and nectar in the blender and puree it, along with the jalapeƱo and then freeze it.

Ice cream maker not really needed, as long as you have the patience to stir the mixture 2 or 3 times per hour until the consistency is right.
