It wasn't a total bust. I got lots of well-wishes, ate some awesome food,(yes the site is dead, but the restaurant isn't, I actually got to recommend food to a couple who had never been there before) saw a good movie (the rumors of nipnips are TRUE, there are two instances) and shopped till I dropped. (Two dresses, two tops and a new pair of uber-hip bibs)
When I buy my own gifts, I get exactly what I want. :)
