Great at multi-tasking. I really do prefer to do one thing at a time. I don't, won't talk on the phone while driving.
If I'm watching something on TV, I'm not sitting at the computer.
I will listen to music while reading, but that's just enhancement.
Don't get me wrong, I can and do multi-task. Cooking and cleaning and laundry are multi-task tasks. Unless you're making an attention intensive meal, then don't try this at home. You'll end up with pate de hash browns.
Computer multi-tasking is a given, most times. Writing usually requires research, surfing leads from link to link to link, and chatting is a major resource for ideas, inspiration and moral[?] support.
I read slowly on purpose. I savor every image brought to mind by the words on the page. I make mental notes as well as written ones, though not usually IN the book [unless I'm sending it on to someone else and want to highlight a point or give my interpretation/thoughts].
I can spend days looking at a painting, or weeks working on one. Digital or physical.
No, I don't really belong in this multi-tasking life, but it appears I'm stuck here for the time being at least.
