Second day into the new year. Cloudy, gonna rain for sure. It is nice and warm though, a lovely 54 degrees on the second of January, in this area. Almost like being back in hell.
Had a semi-major incident with the heart palpitations yesterday, my headache is finally going away. Took 20 minutes to regulate this time. I really need to get more valerian and hawthorn, I don't have this trouble when I take them regularly.
