RUSSELL... BULLOCK... PIKE... ... AND BARBOUR COUNTIES. SOME OF THE CITIES IN THE WATCH AREA INCLUDE AUBURN... OPELIKA... TUSKEGEE... UNION SPRINGS ... PHENIX CITY... EUFAULA... AND TROY. HEAVY RAIN BANDS... ASSOCIATED WITH THE TROPICAL SYSTEM FRANCES... WILL BEGIN MOVING INTO SOUTHEAST ALABAMA TONIGHT. THE CENTER OF FRANCES IS FORECAST TO MOVE NORTHWARD ACROSS THIS AREA DURING THE DAY TUESDAY. THE REMNANTS OF THE TROPICAL SYSTEM WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAINS OF THREE TO FIVE INCHES ACROSS THE WATCH AREA...
